Detect Project From Epic

This skill automates project categorization during the migration of GitHub Epics between repositories. It inspects the source Epic for predefined project labels (e.g., '오피스', '랜드') and extracts the relevant label name. This ensures that project context is preserved automatically, eliminating the need for manual categorization and preventing errors. It is designed to be used as a preliminary step within a larger workflow, typically before the 'assign-project-label' skill applies the detected label to the newly created Epic.
