What happens if the session is interrupted?

Currently, Team Implement has a limitation where session resumption (/resume) does not restore the teammate agents. If interrupted mid-implementation, the teammates are lost and the team must be re-initialized.

How does the skill prevent unwanted code changes?

Accepted Answer

The workflow is divided into two macro phases: Planning and Implementation. The skill is strictly prohibited from making code changes until it completes the planning phase and receives explicit approval from the user via the User Approval Gate.

Does Team Implement require any special configuration?

Accepted Answer

To use Full mode, you must set the environment variable CLAUDE_CODE_EXPERIMENTAL_AGENT_TEAMS=1. Lite mode works without this flag.

Can I use it with existing Jira tickets or GitHub issues?

Yes, Team Implement can automatically ingest requirements by providing a Jira ID (PROJ-123), a GitHub issue number (#42), or a direct URL to the ticket/issue.

What is the difference between Lite and Full mode?

Accepted Answer

Lite mode uses 3 agents and works with standard Claude Code tools for simpler tasks. Full mode scales up to 11 agents using the experimental Teammate API for high-complexity projects requiring specialized roles like Architects and Adversarial Reviewers.
